Our Story
TravelCarePlans began as a bold experiment at HEAL Academy, a healthcare education provider committed to transforming how we train the next generation of caregivers. What started as an AI-powered module to enhance clinical training quickly evolved into something bigger.
We recognized a growing and urgent need: elders and their caregivers – whether professionals, children, or grandchildren, deserve better tools to plan, communicate, and provide care. Families were struggling with fragmented systems, overwhelmed by complexity, and underprepared to support aging loved ones with dignity and independence.
This realization became our turning point. What if we could use our AI expertise to build more than just simulations? What if we could offer dynamic, personalized care plans that empower not only institutions but also the everyday heroes – family members, neighbors, even the seniors themselves?
From those questions emerged TravelCarePlans. Today, it represents a new frontier of intelligent, accessible care planning that supports independence, enables collaboration, and puts compassion at the center of every solution.

After years in academia, Aishwarya transitioned to the startup world, leveraging her scientific depth and systems thinking to build scalable, tech-enabled healthcare solutions.
